Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, beverages, frozen items)

  • Personal care items (including baby products once opened)

  • Digital products (ebooks, digital art, downloads)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank times may vary)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first.
