This book will be very helpful to many ASD parents who need a supportive, fun, and effective program to help their child make the connection between his or her hygiene behaviors and how those behaviors are perceived by others. The book is well organized and user friendly, provides clear and helpful suggestions, uses repetition and review to good advantage, and is clearly sensitive to the hidden curriculum of current social rules as they relate to hygiene all important considerations when working with children on the autism spectrum.

This comprehensive curriculum is an excellent tool for addressing highly needed social awareness and self-care skills for students with high-functioning autism and Asperger Syndrome.
