EvaSeal s a natural, foaming, non-toxic, enzymatic mold protectant formulated to treat mold, mildew, bacteria, and associated odors. EvaSeal prevents the regrowth of odor-causing contaminants in your ventilation system. EvaSeal works by changing the chemical composition of the bacteria, mold, and its spores and converting them into harmless amino acids that have no allergenic potential or odors.  The wet environment of the AC system allows for living organisms to breed within the evaporator. EvaSeal seals and protects the evaporator coils from contamination associated with the damp climate of your air conditioner. EvaSeal’s natural sealing foam will adhere to the thin evaporator fins, leaving a thin film coating. The protective coating will resist contamination growth that can cause foul odors and affect respiratory health.
