One word: obsessed. I LOVED this 7-day cleanser. It cerrrrtainly cleansed my colon…if you know what I’m sayin’. I really felt like it did an excellent job of cleaning everything out without being TOO strong. This is also safe to take on an empty stomach and can be taken any time of day. I do feel like it helped reset everything, especially since I’ve recently changed my diet, this was a great way to jump start everything with a clean state. Would I use it again? Absolutely.

How often should I use the BIOHM Health Colon Cleanse?
The Colon Cleanse is for short term use only; do not take continuously for more than 2 weeks and do not exceed recommended dose (2 capsules, per day).
Should I be taking the colon cleanser, prebiotic and probiotic together?
We suggest first using the colon cleanser for 7 days and then starting the prebiotic and probiotic together.
Do I need to worry that BIOHM Health contains fillers, flow agents, artificial colors, or non-organic ingredients?
